5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of Leyu Suite require a subscription. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to:

Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leyu Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use Leyu Suite
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Leyu Suite
Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Leyu Suite by any third party
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Leyu Suite

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of Leyu Suite shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination
